A man woke up to find two suspects in his bedroom at his house in Welgedacht Road, Springs on Tuesday.
The 35-year-old man claims he was asleep at 10.30pm, but woke up to a noise before the suspects entered his room.
According to Springs police spokesperson, Capt Johannes Ramphora one suspect was armed with a firearm and they demanded money.
The suspects took a television, cellphone and R800 in cash before they fled the scene on foot.
Ramphora says the suspects gained entry through the door.
Police attended the crime scene and are investigating a case of house robbery.
