Epilepsy South Africa Daggafontein residents and staff celebrate Mandela Day
“It was my first time here and I enjoyed it. They made me feel very welcome,” says Ayabonga Jozana.
Staff and residents of the Epilepsy South Africa Daggafontein Centre celebrated Mandela Day with some hand painting.
The residents, together with staff, made a giant mural with all their handprints on it.
Joining them was Ayabonga Jozana who decided to volunteer her 67 minutes at the centre.
“I’m unemployed and I can’t sit at home all day so I decided to visit them.
“It was my first time here and I enjoyed it. They made me feel very welcome,” says Jozana.
