
A Bakerton family and their employees were tied up during a house break-in in Bakerton on Monday.
The complainant was inside the house with his wife and three children when three suspects, all armed with firearms, burst into the house, dragging with them the complainant’s two employees.
The suspects tied up everyone with shoelaces and electrical cables, searched the house and took R25 000 in cash and three cellphones.
The suspects fled on foot to a green Mazda hatchback and sped off.
The complainant was struck with the magazine of the gun.
No arrests have been made.
