Thirsty suspects steal from Selection Park liqour store

The complainant says that at 1.30pm the employees of Park Liquor Store were busy offloading stock of liquor into the store when they were attacked by the men who had four guns.

A liquor store in Selection Park was attacked by a group of armed men on Sunday afternoon, says Springs police spokesperson Capt Johannes Ramphora.

They took all the liquor and cigarettes worth R16 565 and fled the scene in a white Toyota Camry with an unknown registration.

Police are on a lookout for the motor vehicle and the suspects.

Police urge local businesses to maximise security around their area of business to minimise possible attacks.
