While they were driving, the suspects asked the complainant if there were any surveillance cameras in the van and covered their faces.

The suspects asked the complainant what he was delivering to the client and he told them its only a bank statement in which they was not interested.

They then took his private cellphone that was on him and they wanted to know what else he had with him and he told them he had no other stock to deliver.

They stopped the van at an unknown location and opened the back of the van, but it was empty.

The suspects ordered the complainant to lie down in the cab of the vehicle or they would shoot him before making their getaway.
