A 47-year-old man was found dead on Fourth Street on Sunday afternoon.
Springs police spokesperson Capt Johannes Ramphora says a member of the SAPS was patrolling Fourth Street when he was stopped by a man who informed him that while he was walking in Fourth Street he saw a man lying face down in the street, bleeding from the head.

The police went to the scene and saw that the man was not moving and called for an ambulance.
The man was declared dead by Dr Karel Pretorius from the Ekurhuleni Emergency Medical Services.
The deceased was identified as Ezeagu Ndubuisi, a Nigerian national.
