The Springs police are appealing to the public to come forward if they have lost a male relative.
This comes after a body was pulled out of the Erwat sewage small holdings last Sunday afternoon.
The body was discovered by an Erwat employee who was doing a site inspection and spotted a body floating in the water.
Police divers retrieved the body and paramedics declared the man dead on the scene.

The victim was not wearing any clothes at the time of discovery and had no visible injuries.
The body appeared to be a white male.
Police are urging the public to come forward if they have not seen a loved one in a few weeks.
