Springs police celebrate their roots on Heritage Day

This trio showcased South Africa's melting pot of cultures.

The Springs Police Station was looking a lot more colourful than usual as staff dressed in their finest gear to celebrate Heritage Day on Wednesday morning.

Members of the SAPS gathered at the lapa at the station and showcased the best of their culture through food, music and traditional attire.

Besides celebrating the impending public holiday, the celebration also served as a chance for members of the police force to interact, relax and enjoy each others company.
