Hijackers brandishing rifles make off with BMW
The victim’s car is a metallic green BMW.
A man was hijacked in the driveway of his brother’s Payneville home last Saturday morning.
Springs police spokesperson Capt Johannes Ramphora said the victim had just dropped his brother off at his home along Main Street, and was about to get into his car when he saw two men with rifles standing next to him.

The pair pointed the firearms at him and instructed him to step aside before they got into his metallic green BMW and drove off.
There were no shots fired during the hijacking and no injuries were reported.
