Let’s care for feral cats

Sheila Oaks from Selcourt would like to bring attention to the suffering and needs of feral kittens.
She writes:
I urge everyone who owns a cat to ensure they are sterilised, both male and female, so there are no unwanted litters roaming the streets looking for food and shelter.
