Applicants urged to collect licences

Firearm licences are gathering dust at the Springs Police Station as applicants fail to collect them.

Spokesperson for the local police station Capt Johannes Ramphora said people who applied for firearm licences while living in Springs have failed to collect them.

“Please come and check if your firearm licence is not sitting at the station.

“When you get to the station, you must go to the Flash Unit between 8am and 3pm from Monday to Friday to collect your licence. You will be required to sign for your licence,” said Ramphora.
