Resident pleased with progress of housing project

Bob Gillies, a longtime resident of Springs, is happy with what he is seeing at the Payneville Extension Housing Project.
He writes:
It’s nice to see the small but presentable 200 plus houses being built in Payneville along Welgedacht Road.

I hope parking for taxis was considered as this is a very busy road.
Also, I hope there is some sort of regulation against building on to these houses or adding shacks to the property; otherwise, we will have another eyesore like on Kingsway, quite a poor entrance to our town.
