Ducklings, adorable additions to duck pond

Kathy and Henry Preston are proud to announce that their ducks at the duck pond have hatched a half dozen ducklings
The two have been taking care of and feeding the ducks for many years and are glad to welcome new members to the family.
“I am so happy. They look healthy and happy and I can’t wait to see them every day,” said Kathy.

Although Kathy and her husband have made substantial progress towards maintaining the dam and feeding the ducks, they encourage any donations of food and volunteers willing to help.
The Prestons are grateful to a woman who regularly donates two bags of mielies to help feed the ducks.
Another resident, Hennie Britz, helps with the maintenance of the dam.
