The Ekurhuleni Health District will be setting up vaccination sites to administer Covid-19 vaccines at identified voting stations throughout the City of Ekurhuleni on Monday.

MMC for Health and Social Services Clr Nomadlozi Nkosi said the City was availing every opportunity for people of Ekurhuleni to vaccinate.

“Lest we forget, Covid-19 is still in our midst, and we need to do everything in our power to fight this pandemic.
“Our mandate as the health team is clear. It is to reach out to as many residents to ensure that many receive their Covid-19 vaccine to help their bodies develop immunity to the virus,” said Nkosi.
Strubenvale Primary School, at 58 Athlone Street in Strubenvale, will host one of the pop-up vaccination sites.
