When did you realise you had a passion for journalism?
I did not know what to study after Grade 12.
I have always been fascinated by people and how they interact with each other. So journalism seemed to give me access to people in different lifestyles.
Where did you study?
Damelin College in Boksburg.

How did your career take off?
My journalism journey started at Media 24’s Move Magazine in 2016 after I graduated.
I worked for Move! as a lifestyle journalist for three years.
After the magazine closed down in early 2019, I joined Caxton Media with Joburg South.
I later moved to Alberton to work for Comaro Chronicle covering the south of Johannesburg.
How do you feel about joining the Springs team?
I am thrilled to be in the East with Springs Advertiser and hope to build a great relationship with the community.
I am excited and I am hoping the community of Springs will welcome me with a warm heart.
