AfriForum and residents join hands to maintain duck pond
They feed the ducks every week and ensure the water in the pond is clean.
AfriForum Springs have agreed to work together with Henry and Kathy Preston to maintain and clean the duck pond in George Sutter Park on Nigel Road.
Henry and Kathy have worked tirelessly to keep the pond in a respectable state for many years.
They feed the ducks every day and ensure the water in the pond is clean.
Cornell Swart, who serves as the chairperson of AfriForum Springs, and his team agreed to team up with them to maintain the duck pond.

“We want to work together with the metro to keep the duck pond in a good condition.
“We understand that they are under financial pressure and can’t always take care of the park,”
said Swart.
