Golfers from many parts of the country showed up to demonstrate their skills.

Pollak Park hosted their annual championship over the weekend and the competition was close.

The atmosphere was tense with more than 134 competitors taking part.
The results are as follows:
A division:
• Winner (gross): Evan MacKenzie – 146 points
• Runner-up (gross): Tristan Greyling – 150 points
• Best nett: Kevin Orache – 143 points
• Saturday best gross: Donovan Grobler – 76 points
• Sunday best gross: Clemens van der Berg – 74 points
• Sunday best nett: Charl Stoop – 69 points
