Selection Park couple robbed at home

When the husband went out to investigate one of the robbers threatened him with a gun.

A Selection Park woman was enjoying a cigarette in her garden when intruders accosted her on Wednesday night.
“She screamed. When the husband went out to investigate one of the robbers threatened him with a gun. The woman came back in escorted by two men, one of whom remained in the kitchen to keep watch. The other two ransacked the house,” said Capt Johannes Ramphora, communications officer of Springs SAPS.

The estimated value of the stolen items is R21 700.
The robbers made their getaway in a silver/grey Jaguar.
