Local beauty continues to sail Mrs SA boat

The Mrs SA annual Women’s Breakfast and Empowerment Workshop provided local resident Faith Chuma and fellow finalists with the tools they needed to thrive, no matter which path they found themselves on.

Struisbult resident Faith Chuma, a Mrs South Africa semi-finalist, is set on making her hometown proud by bringing the Mrs SA title home.

In preparation for making her dream come true, Faith attended the Mrs SA annual women’s breakfast and empowerment workshop on March 25 and 26.

Both events offered food for thought to the finalists by offering them valuable learning experiences and acting as platforms for growth, skills development and inspiration.

Faith described the experience over the weekend in the presence of powerful and influential women as wonderful and impactful.

“I am grateful for this platform and the sisterhood, where women continuously uplift and encourage one another to be the best versions of themselves.

“They remind us to always remember that the lady next to you is not your competition, but you are competing with yourself to be better than what you were yesterday,” Faith concludes.

As part of her journey, Faith hopes to inspire young girls and be a voice of hope.

She crossed the first hurdle when she was selected as a semi-finalist in February in this prestigious pageant for married women.

Faith’s journey on the pageant can be followed on her social media pages.
