City attends to electricity purchasing system error

The City of Ekurhuleni is attending to a system error that has been preventing customers from purchasing electricity.

This comes after many customers have been encountering issues since August 8 when trying to buy electricity through all relevant platforms.

In a statement, the city said the issue is receiving urgent attention and that regular updates will be provided through its social media platforms, website, and SMS service.
