Selection Park Tennis Club hosts annual tournament

The Selection Park Tennis Club hosted its Laver Cup Fun Day tournament on August 7.

The Laver Cup is not only about the players winning the trophy but also about them having fun and building team spirit.

The teams were divided into the red and blue teams.

Even though it was a touch-and-go match, the blue team eventually defeated the red team in the final match.

The blue team won with 46 points, while the red team came in with 37 points.

Diedre Vrey, a member of the club, said it was a successful day where all players enjoyed being together, followed by a braai.
