From Springs across Two Oceans
The two-day event saw members of the Springs Striders giving their all.

Springs Striders Athletics Club runners participated in the Two Oceans ultra and half marathons on April 13 and 14 in Cape Town.
This race is, according to club secretary Kim Westley, Western Cape’s most spectacular and best-loved road race as it takes athletes on a beautiful course around the Cape Peninsula.
Runners had seven hours to complete the 56km ultra and three and a half hours to complete the 21km half marathon. Thousands of runners travelled from all over South Africa and internationally to participate in this iconic race.
“Some of the club have done this race many times and continue to love participating in the Two Oceans race, and for others, it was a culmination of months of training; a true bucket list item and a massive personal achievement.
“Congratulations to all our members who completed the ultra and the half marathon races.”
