Prepare for water supply interruption in Springs
The water supply might be affected by planned maintenance.
The CoE informs customers of planned maintenance by Rand Water scheduled from 08:00 to 22:00 on November 18.
The maintenance will cause water supply interruptions in these areas:
• Selection Park (south of N17);
• Selcourt;
• Daggafontein;
• Edelweiss;
• Struisbult;
• Nuffield.
To mitigate the impact of the interruption, the city will have water tankers at these locations:
• Selcourt SPAR;
• Fluoride Street – cul-de-sac in Daggafontein;
• Corner of Plover Street and Vogelstruisbult Road in Struisbult;
• Corner of Oppenheimer Circle and Court Avenue in Selection Park;
• Corner of Clydesdale and Proteal roads in Edelweiss.
Consumers are urged to store water in advance and to use water sparingly during this period.
