Scouts paint their way to raise funds

Springs Central Air Scouts hosted a miniature sculpture painting event recently. The event was to raise funds for the organisation and to introduce the craft to Springs.

Event organiser Annelesia Laubscher says the miniature sculpture painting bug has bitten her and she wishes to share it with the people of the town.

“It is extremely therapeutic and is full of community.”

People came as far as Mpumalanga to support the scouts. Prizes were handed out for the winners in each division.
