Great Foundation Primary School in Selcourt welcomed their Grade Ones at the start of the school year on Wednesday (January 14).

With only one class of the grade filled with smiles, the school’s principal, Jessica Hawthorne, shared with the Springs Advertiser that a special highlight is the two sets of twins starting their school journey hand in hand, sharing this important milestone.

She said that excitement fills the air as learners return for the first day of school, marking new beginnings, fresh goals, and big dreams.
