Springs Striders record new personal bests at time trial

Springs Striders welcomes everyone to their weekly 4km or 8km walks and runs, designed to get the community active and social.

Springs Striders and the community laced up their running shoes to join the club’s popular weekly time trials on February 3.

The time trial is a fun and inclusive event featuring a 4km or 8km walk or run. The action kicks off every Tuesday at 17:45 from the Riverfield Shopping Centre in Petersfield.

“What a awesome turnout for a Tuesday Time Trial with the Springs Striders. Congratulations to all runners who ran a personal best today as well as all runners who participated,” said club member Nico De Nysschen.
