Bowling played singles championships

Springs Old Boys Bowling Club held two singles championships on Saturday.

Kevin Usmar won the men’s open singles. He played against Simon Kutha.

Margie MacDonald won the women’s handicap singles against Betty Douglas.

This Saturday at 2pm the mixed pairs will be played between K Cooke and P Birbeck vs S and A Turner, as well as women’s senior singles between B Douglas vs H Veal (marker: J McDonald.)

On Sunday at 9am the men’s pairs will have their turn between S Turner and J Birbeck vs G Reed and B Greig, as well as the men’s open singles between G Thomson vs K Usmar (marker: J Herzfield).
