Pollak Park golf results

The Pollak Park Golf Club saw a busy week of golf this past week.

The club hosted a pensioners’ competition on Thursday where Roy Kirby-Smith finished in first place with 44 points while John Wright came in second with a total of 40 points.

With 42 points Clive Muller came in first place in the meat competition held on Friday.

Ross McAllister finished in second position with 39 points.

Colin Spence, who earned 19 points, was awarded the best front nine, while, with 16 points on count out, Grant Cochrane played the best back nine.

Earning 41points, Bazil Mitchel came in first place on Saturday morning, while Bruce Mitchel earned 38 points and came in second.

In the afternoon it was Kevin Roache’s turn to win with 43 points.

Darren Langley came in second with 42 points.

On Sunday Gary de Klerk won with 42 points while Steve Malloy finished in second place with 37 points.
