Bowlers support fund-raiser
Heidelberg Bowling Club's annual fund-raising day took place and involved 22 teams on Saturday.
Each team consisted of four players who played three games of 12 ends each.
Mike van Nierop and his team from Heidelberg took first place with 36 points.

Their runner-up was Piet van den Heever and his team from Heidelberg scoring 34 points.
Third place saw Domenico Ragusa and his team from Springs who obtained 33 points.
“It was a beautiful sunny day and it was a pleasure to support one of our neighbouring clubs,” says Izak Hattingh, club competition secretary.
