Selection Park Tennis chair takes 2nd place in tournament

The Gauteng East Senior Tournament was a huge success for the Selection Park Tennis Club over the weekend at the Parkrand Tennis Complex.

He eventually lost against Kobri du Preez, who won the R2 500 worth of prizes.

The Gauteng East Tennis Association, in association with Tennis SA, launched the Gauteng East Seniors Tournament over the last two weekends of January in 2014.
The number of participants has been growing since.
“A total of nine club members participated and everyone enjoyed it,” says Deidré Vrey, the club’s secretary.
The Selection Park Tennis Club Championship starts this coming weekend and they need supporters there every weekend. The Addie will keep you up to date with times and results.
