Nail biter at Springs Rugby Club.

Northam made a great comeback in the second half, scoring 20 points but Springs fought back to win the game 24-20.

 

Springs took on Northam rugby on Saturday as dusk was approaching.

Springs dominated from the beginning, with great defensive and offensive strategies and were in possession of the ball for the majority of the first half.

By the time the whistle was blowing marking the end of the first half, the score read 21-0 in favour of Springs.

Spring’s tries were scored by Marco Niemand who made two tries and one try by Stanley Peackock.

The three conversions were made by André Smith who also performed one penalty kick.
