Ginger Golf Day at Pollak Park

Gingers Golf Day is a traditional competition held on the last Saturday of every month.

Saturday was a very special day at Pollak Park Golf Club as golfers from all over the country came together on a windswept day for their monthly Gingers Golf Day.

The wind added an additional challenge for the golfers but they were all up to the task and enjoyed the day.

The competition was tight and the results are as follows:

• First Place – Josh Bissett (42 Points)

• Second Place – Gideon Harmse (41 Points)

• Third Place – Harvey Scott (37 Points)

• Longest Day – Christine Willemse (8 Points)

• Longest Drive – Kenneth Mc Auliff

• Nearest the Pin – Dave Eksteed.
