“We are very keen to host this tournament.
“The excitement has been building up since we started communicating with the clubs.
“We want to share this with the people of Springs, and hope that they enjoy it as much as we do,” said Javid Patel, one of the organisers.

The tournament will see 16 teams from around the country battle it out for the R11 000 cash prize.
“We have already finalised the groups and the fixtures through random selection.
“All the teams are kept informed every step of the way,” he added.
Patel said the opening ceremony promises to be a spectacle.
“We are pulling out all the stops in terms of entertainment,” he said.
The first match of the tournament will take place on Sunday at the Springs Old Boys Club in Pollak Park from 10:45.
It is free to the public.
