Springs park runners spread a little Heritage Day love
You can never go wrong with a bit of exercise and meeting new people
The Springs parkrun is held every Saturday at 08:00. The entrance is free of charge for everyone. Runners and walkers of all ages can register at Presidents Park before the run – just get there with your phone and dedicated parkrun members will help. Bring your loved ones for some healthy fun and meet new people.
The park runners added their very own twist to Heritage Day by encouraging participants to add a bit of African flavour to their outfits.
