Selection Park Tennis Club delivers inspiring performance at Top Guns 2022

Over the weekend Selection Park Tennis Club participated in the Top Guns tennis tournament in Benoni Lake tennis court.

The club had its four teams participating, where they played in the B-Division.

“Our teams took 2nd, 4th, 12th and 16th position in the tournament,” said Deidre Vrey from the club.

“The team which came out 16th was our most inspirational team. It had four players who participated and their combined ages added up to 301 years,” said Deidre.

Team Flintlocks which is comprised of Mike du Toit, Kathy Nevay, Delia Civin and Michael Ritchie has made Selection Park Tennis Club and the Gauteng East very proud of their achievement.
