Parkrun turns seven

Springs Parkrun invites all to its seventh birthday with a special parkrun event.

The event takes place on November 18, and promises a world of fun and community for walkers and runners of all ages.

The Springs parkrun is held every Saturday at 08:00. Entrance is free.

Anyone can register at Presidents Park before the run/walk – get there with your phone and parkrun members will help.

Bring your loved ones for some healthy fun and meet new people. Those who can’t walk or run can always go to the event as volunteers – all are welcome.
