High racing power at The Rock Raceway
Adrenalin junkies can look forward to an exciting day of oval racing fever on April 8.
Oval drivers’ chariots will roar into action again at The Rock Raceway, while the V8 Sprints cars will ensure all the high power thrills.
Abie Sada from The Rock Raceway says the challenge is on for the 2L Hot Rods with no less than 21 race cars to challenge the 400m oval circuit.
A host of other oval saloons classes will also be racing including the 1600 Stock Rods, 1660 Modified Saloons and Super Saloons.
“Ninjas, Micro Midgets and Formula 2 Midgets will also be seen at the raceway,” says Abie.
He says high speed action from the Formula N circuit cars will keep the crowd riveted to their seats as the saloon car drivers jostle for positions.
Gates open at 10am and racing starts at 4pm.
