The hilarious Grotman solves the mysteries of relationships

The Grotman is back.

Hannes Muller is back on tour with his side-splitting show Die Grotman and Carnival City is on his tour route.

The show is Muller’s Afrikaans adaption of the hugely popular Broadway play Defending the Caveman.

Based on the original script, immortalised by local funnyman Tim Plewman, the Afrikaans Grotman will light up the stage as Muller brings his own unique twist to this legendary hit.

He will be performing in the Mardi Gras Theatre in May and June.

The show explores the complexities of romance and relationships with truthful hilarity.

Muller will ensure that audiences will giggle their way to a better understanding of their partners.

“Afrikaans ‘hunters and gatherers’ can now celebrate this hilariously funny and inspiring show in their own language,” says Michelle Smith, marketing manager at Carnival City.

The show will be on stage at 7.30pm on May 19, 20, 26 and 27, and June 16, 17, 23 and 24.
