Tsakani – Police have launched a manhunt for 46-year-old Khathutshelo Gabriel Kutshatsha in connection with the attempted murder of his girlfriend’s sister and the murder of his girlfriend.
Tsakani police spokesperson Sgt Lerato Mngomezulu said the suspect forcefully gained entry into the home of the sister of the deceased, Cwengile Mgabadeli (41), who was his girlfriend at the time, in November last year.

“After gaining entry into the house, he started assaulting his girlfriend in front of her siblings.
“One of the sisters, Sibongile, tried to intervene and this angered Kutshatsha even more and he pulled out a gun and shot the two siblings.
“Cwengile was declared dead by paramedics on the scene while the other victim was rushed to hospital and survived,” she said.
