Springs Boys High School warms hearts at Vita Nova with food donation and musical performance

Vita Nova Centre received a donation of tinned food from Springs Boys' High School, while the school’s brass band entertained residents with a heartwarming performance.

Vita Nova Centre was the beneficiary of a generous donation of tinned food from Springs Boys High School on May 8.

The school’s band also gave a delightful performance to brighten residents’ day.

“As Vita Nova Centre has not yet received government subsidies, we are truly feeling the financial strain, and your kindness and support mean more than words can express,” said the centre’s director, Michelle Immelman.

She expressed her gratitude to the learners, parents and educators for the thoughtful donation.

“Not only did you bring much-needed food supplies, but the brass band also brought joy and happiness to our residents with their beautiful music and uplifting performance.

“Your compassion, generosity, and community spirit touched many hearts today,” she said.
