The woman was staying alone and she was last seen a week before outside her house.
A bad odour from the house attracted a friend who is staying nearby, after she received WhatsApp messages but when she tried to call, her calls where not answered.
Ms Stella Ntuli (34) was last seen by neighbours on Sunday, June 1 and was found on Saturday, June 7 at about 14:00 according to the police. She was found laying on her bed with stab wounds. She was found after they forced opened the door.
She was last seen with her boyfriend. The boyfriend was seen walking from the direction of the house on Monday morning in the direction of the taxi rank.
“She was a quiet person but very friendly and loved people,” said the friend.
She will be laid to rest at Verena where her two children both boys, who are six and nine years old are staying with their grandmother.
No one has been arrested and police have opened a case of murder.
