On Sunday, January 31 at 17:00 a police officer reported for duty when she was called out to a scene.
Here a suspect was arrested for possession of an unlicensed firearm and the possession of dagga.
On Saturday, January 30 police were patrolling the streets and arrested a suspect with six pinches to the value of R500.

In Roger Street on the same day at the long distance taxi rank a constable noticed a suspect standing next to a container. On searching him, the constable found a ball of dagga inside his hands.
He was arrested and the dagga was taken from him.

In Main Street on Friday, January 29 at 15:30 as police were patrolling the streets, they came across two suspects who stood next to a container.

They started searching them and found drugs inside their socks, the suspects were arrested.
On Thursday, January 28 at 10:25 in Lazarus Street a constable patrolling noticed a suspect who put something in his pants. He was approached and they searched him and found 14 plastic balls, inside were crystal tablets and six rocks. After the police removed the drugs from the suspect he was arrested.
