Criminals were arrested by the SAPS (South African Police Service) in co-operation with members of the CPF (Community Policing Forum) where 75 suspects were arrested.
15 Shoplifters were arrested while 13 suspects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. 16 arrests were made for general thefts while six were cuffed for assault. Eight were in the possession or dealing in drugs and three in posession of suspected stolen property. Two malicious damage to property and six illegal immigrants were arrested. One for selling liquour without a license and one for a residential burglary. Two arrests were made for receiving stolen property and one for a business burglary. One suspect made a false statement and one suspect was arrested for robbery.
