Witbank prison jam packed

The Witbank SAPS in co-operation with the Community Policing Forum (CPF) members arrested 70 suspects in one week.
Suspects that were arrested were arrested for the following crimes committed.

10 were arrested for shoplifting, 15 for driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, eight for general theft, 10 for assaults, nine for the possession and dealing in drugs.

Four were arrested for possession of suspected stolen property, two for malicious damage to property, one suspect arrested for murder, three for domestic violence, one for possession of copper, one for stock theft.
A person was arrested for crimen injuria, one for housebreaking, three for reckless and negligent driving and one person arrested for attempted murder.
