Superheroes put on their best
Curro Bankenveld’s annual Big walk saw a number of superheroes take the time out from saving their cities to visit the school.

Reyno and mom Mariska Abrie were just one of the many families that took to the nature reserve in Curro Bankenveld’s Big walk which was held on March 5.
The Big walk was held on March 5 and the theme, none other than Superhero Big Walk – unleash your inner superhero.
Kids, moms and dads dressed in their finest superhero outfits took to walking long and short routes through the Shamwari nature reserve next to the school.
This family fun day was a huge success and participants were treated with spectacular views of Witbank Dam and its surroundings. Blesbuck, Rooihartebees and Springbuck were spotted along the way.
The day wasn’t just about the walk it was also about the fun and to go with this the school erected a large water slide and blow up pool for participants to enjoy and cool down in.
The Flash’s arch nemesis, Zoom was sighted at Curro Bankenveld’s Big walk on March 5, it was later revealed that Liam de Beer was Zoom.
