Meet Siyabonga Lee Shungube known as Siya Lee a young professional lady who is pursuing an ultimate dream to be crowned the Schwarzkopf Professional Mrs South Africa 2016.
The 28 year old is one of The Schwarzkopf Professional Mrs South Africa Top 100 Semi-Finalists. She is representing the Emalahleni Local Municipality as she is a resident from Tasbet Park.
She is happily married, and blessed with triplets (two boys and one girl) who are 10 months old. She matriculated in Middelburg Combined School. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of the Witwatersrand, she came back to plough back her knowledge and skills in eMalahleni.
Apart from being involved in youth development programmes, Siya Lee is passionate about building healthy relationships and families.
“I believe that healthy families build successful and thriving communities. They are the building blocks of society. We need to start investing in promoting the values of love, support and care within families whilst encouraging individual family members to reach their full potential”, said Siya Lee.
Being part of Mrs South Africa is a great platform for her to voice out the issues close to her heart which is youth development and family preservation.
Mrs South Africa (Pty) Ltd is the number one Pageant for married women in South Africa and is seen as a Women empowering program not just a beauty pageant in the traditional sense of the word.
Former Mrs South Africa, Joani Johnson, has been the CEO of the company since 2011 and the business has reached new heights under her guidance and expertise. She has been recognized as a successful entrepreneur and business woman by many publications and has been nominated for various awards. Along with her amazing team of experts in various fields this business has shown tremendous growth and will continue to push the boundaries.
Schwarzkopf Professional Mrs South Africa is hosted by Emperors Palace. Siya Lee has already joined up with CANSA Highveld Care centre in assisting them with current projects.
