Two people died in separate accidents
When the police and paramedics arrived on scene it was already too late for one of the drivers as he was declared dead on scene.
The past week plenty of accidents occurred on the roads near and in eMalahleni where two people lost their lives in separate accidents.
On Saturday, April 23 it is alleged that a Toyota Avanza was heading to the N12 when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a pole.
The Toyota Tazz and Chevrolet that collided with each other on Sunday morning, April 24 and left one passenger dead.
“This accident doesn’t make sense to me, how could you fold your car around a pole after driving on the opposite side of the road,” said one of the eye witnesses on the scene.
While on-lookers stopped to see what the commotion was about, Langamed Emergency Service attended to the two seriously injured passengers and they were rushed to the nearest hospital. The driver was declared dead on scene.
Another accident occurred on Sunday morning, April 24 where a Toyota Tazz and Chevrolet collided into one another on the Clewer/Highveld Road.

It’s not clear what happened on that morning just after 06:00 but the driver of the Chevrolet was missing. It was alleged that the driver ran away.
“We were busy looking for the driver of the Chevrolet when I heard his phone ringing in his car, that’s when the police found the missing driver’s wallet with all his details,” said one of the towing services employees.
This accident is still being investigated by the Vosman Police.
