
Ogies Visual Policing and Detectives made 31 arrests over the past week, of which six were for the contravention of the road traffic act.
The operations were held from May 2 to 9.
Singles arrests were made for the following offences including burglary and theft, fraud, driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a stolen motor vehicle and theft of a motor vehicle.
There were two arrests for malicious damage to property as well as two arrests for illegal gambling. Four suspects were arrested with regards to warrants of arrest, while three were arrested for assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, there were three arrests for theft of diesel, three for possession of copper cables and another three for the possession of dangerous weapons.
