Another driver from Gauteng was shot at while he was travelling on the R555 but he was lucky as the bullet missed him.
The incident happened on Sunday, June 5 at 10:00. Mr Inocius Komane alleged that he was travelling along the R555 in his maroon Toyota Condor.
He noticed that a mini bus was waiting next to the road and his lights were flickering.
Komane did not stop as he feared that he would be hijacked. The next minute the mini bus forced Komane to stop.
Once he had stopped Komane the driver and passenger from the mini bus walked towards him.
Komane quickly drove off in the other direction, then he alleged that he heard a bang When he stopped his car in a safe area he noticed that he had a bullet hole through the rear window.
The previous week another visitor from Gauteng was also shot at when the bullet went through his car door and jacket.
The incident happened in Walter Sisulu Street in the early hours of the morning.
