A Fire engulfed half of an orphanage during a power outage in Pine Ridge. The blackout on June 19 led to a candle fire, however no power usually means no water and no means for the Fire department to put it out and they had to turn back and get more water.
The 24 orphans are unharmed but this was the last straw for the community who has had enough of the near constant power failures in the area.
